Authorship Policy
Authorship of manuscripts submitted to the Bulletin of Humanities and Social Sciences (BHSS) must be limited to individuals who have made substantial and meaningful intellectual contributions to the research and preparation of the manuscript.
Substantial contributions may include:

Conception and design of the study

Development of theoretical framework
-
Data collection, analysis, or interpretation

Drafting the manuscript
-
Critically revising the manuscript for important intellectual content
Authorship Criteria
All listed authors must meet all of the following criteria:

Have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work;

Have participated in drafting or critically revising the manuscript;

Have approved the final version of the manuscript prior to submission; and
-
Agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work, ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the research are appropriately investigated and resolved.
Individuals who meet these criteria must be listed as co-authors.
Acknowledgments
Contributors who participated in specific aspects of the research but do not meet the full criteria for authorship—such as:

Technical or administrative support
-
Data collection assistance
-
Language editing
-
General supervision
-
Funding acquisition without intellectual contribution
should be acknowledged in the Acknowledgments section, provided they have given permission to be named.
Corresponding Author
One author must be designated as the Corresponding Author.
The corresponding author is responsible for:

Managing communication with the journal during submission, peer review, and publication
-
Ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final manuscript

Confirming that the manuscript complies with journal policies
-
Acting as the primary contact after publication
Changes in Authorship
Any addition, removal, or rearrangement of authors after submission must be approved by all listed authors and justified in writing. The journal may request signed confirmation from all authors before making such changes.
Prohibited Authorship Practices
BHSS does not permit:

Guest authorship (listing individuals who did not contribute)

Gift authorship (including individuals for prestige or favor)
-
Ghost authorship (excluding individuals who made significant contributions)
The journal follows internationally recognized authorship and publication ethics standards and may investigate suspected violations in accordance with COPE guidelines.
